Outlook has been a popular email service for over a decade now and given its popularity, Microsoft has continuously been adding new features to their Outlook service. One of the most popular features of Outlook email is their calendar feature, and in this article, we are going to be focussing in on how to sync Outlook calendar with iPhone, so let’s get right into it.

Part 1. How to Sync Outlook Calendar with iPhone

Step #1 – Unlock your iOS device, swipe until you find the “Settings” application, and tap on it to launch it.

Step #2 – From here, scroll down to the “Calendar” option, and top on it.

Step #3 – You will then be able to view all of the Calendar options which can be changed to your liking. Tap on the “Add Account” option at the top of the list.

Step #4 – From here you will be able to select whichever email service it is that you use. For this method, tap on the “Outlook.com” option towards the bottom.

Note: if you use one of the other email services on the list, feel free to tap on which is most relevant to the same method applies. If your email service isn’t listed, tap on the “Other” option.

Step #5 – You will then be prompted to enter your Outlook email address and your account password. Tap on the “Next” button at the top right of the display to continue.

Step #6 – Once your account is verified, you must select the services which you’d like to sync with your device. Select the services which you want to sync, including Calendar.

Step #7 – To finish this method, simply tap on the “Save” button at the top right of the program, and you have successfully sync Outlook calendar with iPhone.

If you don’t have access to a computer and want to get the job done quickly, this is the method to use. Since you do everything directly from your mobile phone, you can sync Outlook calendar with iPhone 7/7 Plus/6S/6C wherever you are.

Part 2. How to Sync Outlook Calendar with iPhone Using iTunes

The next method is slightly easier to use, and if you have access to a computer, then this is the preferable method. Simply follow each of the steps below, and your Outlook calendar will be synced with your iPhone in no time at all.

Step #1 – If you don’t already have iTunes ready to go, download the program and install it on your computer. Launch it once you have it installed.

Step #2 – Once you have iTunes loaded up, connect your iPhone using the appropriate USB cable and wait a few moments for iTunes to recognize the device.

Step #3 – Using the menu on the left side of the program, click on your iPhone device.

Step #4 – The device summary page will be shown although for this method, click on the “Info” tab located at the top of the program.

Step #5 – From here, make sure that the “Sync Calendars with” box is checked, and select “Outlook” from the drop-down menu.

Step #6 – Next, either select the “All Calendars” or “Selected Calendars” option. If you want to have sync all of your Outlook calendars, select “All Calendars”. If you only want to sync specific Outlook calendars, select “Selected Calendars” and select the calendars which you want to have synced onto your iPhone.
